The floor tiles – four 2×2 foam tiles per pack – are great. We use them all over our hardwood floors to give the baby some great places to learn to crawl. Plenty of firm/softness for her to play on an fall on, even with nothing else underneath or on top. They have a limit of 3 per customer so I used two accounts to buy 6 packs. But that wasn’t even the cumbersome part.

The company sent each of the 6 packs of tiles in a separate HUGE box. Each box was big enough to have easily held all 6 packs. They were maybe 5 feet tall and 1 or 2 feet wide. Each was heavily packed with paper packing material to cushion the order. Reminder: they are shipping **FOAM**. The product they were shipping already **IS** sturdy padding. They could have wrapped them in paper and smacked a mailing label on the front.

I would not order from this company again, based on just this waste. I think the shipping company may have needed to make an extra trip just because these took up so much of the truck. To tally up the waste: that’s six huge boxes to be recycled (If the baby was bigger, I could’ve made a little cardboard town), enough packing material to maybe fill the interior of my car, plus an extra truck to deliver? Ridiculous!

We have used these for years. Actually we still have some outside that have weathered pretty well for 2 years. But inside they work miracles for our son who has Autism amongst other disabilities. It just makes his day to be able to move these from room to room if he wants to. To him he acts like he’s discovered the secret to the great Pyramids of Giza. And they are very easily transportable, washable, and easily stored. We keep a set in our vehicle so my son will always feel like he’s brought a piece of home with him when visiting family & friends.

But the best part for a mother is when you visit a public place whether it be a park, picnic, or any outing where you just wished your child would not have to get on a questionable floor or ground. Wishes are granted in this, if you have brought along your set and can easily lay them out for your child. But be warned, every other child within 100 yards gets attracted to them like magnets and it makes for some happy new friends for your child if you don’t mind. My son loves the attention! He beams so bright with his smiles.

We have both the large size and the smaller 12″ blocks that have letters & numbers on them. No matter what they are called or what brand I assure you they are all identical and made the same. We use them on fishing trips, to line the bed of pickup, and for a safer comfortable floor for our tents. The possibilities are endless.

Oh and one other thing. We have on occasion found these in packs of 12 or more at your general merchandise stores and some larger major retailers for about the same price as these. I assure you they are the same product. As we have purchased many with the raising of 6 children and the only difference is the name on the packaging & the price.

As for the shipping waste and how these arrive I would like to remind everyone that had they arrived in just plain paper wrapped the buyer would have also complained about that even though they are foam. Besides that boxes do come in variety of sizes, however the size of the probably required the next larger size and the company had no choice but to improvise. Give them credit for a well packaged item and let your children have even more fun with the cardboard boxes! Didn’t you just love it when you were small and you couldn’t wait to get that big box from your parents?

I bought a set of Norsk Flooring for my garage workshop and while it was easy to lay and looked good at first, I have found the floor reacts to almost any fluid except water, buckling and looking terrible. If you spill gasoline, or other common fluids you would expect in a workshop, the floor is ruined. It clearly says in the marketing that the flooring will not react to most chemicals.

Worst still, I have contacted Norsk about it, and there has been no reply. This company does not support its products and customers.

Look elsewhere for another product.
