    I bought this product to put on my hard floor so that I could use it for p90x. I’ve found that while it’s good for yoga, stretching, and resistance days, it slides way too much if I use it for cardio workouts. I had to tuck it under a couch and an old TV in order to keep it from moving around.

    Pleased with it, though I think the shipping cost is a little steep, just as much as the product itself. If I am not trying to utilize an Amazon gift card, I may just get this from a local store.
